Privacy policy

When you create an account, our authentication provider processes identifiers such as your name, email address, account ID, and session information. We also process information you submit to Fastbreak, including uploaded game film, replay links, timestamp tracks, edits, playback position and speed, preparation status, and support messages. Service requests may also create logs containing timestamps, IP addresses, browser or extension versions, and error details.

The Fastbreak for Tennis TV extension reads the URL, title, duration, and rendered frames of the replay you choose to prepare. It uploads temporary compressed frame chunks to Fastbreak's private cloud storage so our processing service can identify live points. The extension does not download or redistribute the Tennis TV stream.

We use this information to authenticate you, prepare and play condensed game film, save your library and preferences, operate and secure the service, diagnose failures, enforce usage limits, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information or use Tennis TV replay frames for advertising.

Fastbreak's use of information received through the extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use and transfer extension data only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed replay-preparation and playback features, to protect the service, or where required by law. We do not use it for personalized advertising or credit decisions, and humans do not read replay data except with your specific consent for support, when required for security or law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.

Tennis TV capture files are private and become eligible for scheduled deletion 24 hours after a preparation is created or submitted. Compact timing labels, replay links, playback preferences, and operational audit records remain with your account until you remove the match or ask us to delete them. Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period where needed to protect and operate the service.

We use service providers for authentication, application hosting, database and object storage, video processing, and email delivery. They process information only to provide those services to Fastbreak. Tennis TV remains a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policy; a Tennis TV subscription and replay access are required.

You can remove prepared Tennis TV matches from your Fastbreak library. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated data, email us at derek@fastbreakfilm.com. You can remove the Chrome extension at any time from Chrome's extension settings.

We use access controls, private storage, short-lived signed URLs, and encrypted network connections to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy as Fastbreak changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
